Application Process
We accept enrollments year-round for all classes. Click the tour link above to submit a quick Inquiry Form for each child to be placed in our Admissions Queue for further review. Once the Inquiry Form is submitted, you will be redirected to our tour scheduling calendar.
A school tour is required to move forward from the Admissions Queue. As part of our Placement Assessment, we require students to attend the tour with you before enrolling. Your child will then either be offered a class placement or added to our Waitlist. If you would like to be moved to the top of the waitlist for a sooner opening, an application fee of $85 may be paid with your Inquiry Form. Otherwise, the application fee is not due until you receive an Acceptance Letter email to move forward when there is an opening in your child’s class.
Tuition information is provided during in-person tours.
Enrollment Process
Enrollment Requirements
After your tour, an Acceptance Letter will be emailed when an opening becomes available. You will have (48) hours to submit the required information including the Enrollment Investment of $265, Brightwheel registration, and scheduling Parent Orientation.
All requirements must be met before the specified deadlines to avoid forfeiting your space to the next family and being returned to the Admissions Queue for a future opening. You will be removed from the Waitlist after two Acceptance Letters are declined for a future opening or after six months. You are welcome to apply again when your family is ready to start.
If you would like to extend your child’s start date more than two weeks beyond our offered date, tuition will be due to hold their space until the date requested.
Fast-Track Option
It is possible to fast-track the admissions and enrollment processes during your in-person tour, assuming the following minimum requirements are met:
- We have an immediate or upcoming opening available
- You have submitted the Inquiry Form and paid the application fee of $85 per child
- You brought your enrolling children with you to the tour for a Placement Assessment
- The enrollment form, complete paperwork, and the Enrollment Investment of $265 is paid during the tour
- Parent Orientation is scheduled
- The first month of your enrolling child’s tuition investment is paid within 1 week of your child’s start date
